expatdental® was established in 2013 at Novena Medical Center to provide dental care for patients of all ages.
Our team offers a range of dental services aimed at supporting oral health for individuals and families.
We work collaboratively across disciplines to provide coordinated care in a safe and professional environment.
In 2009, Dr. Shaun Thompson graduated from dental school and decided to move to Singapore. In 2013, he opened his first dental clinic in Novena Medical Center. The practice gained momentum with expats and global locals and Dr Shaun recruited his brother Dr Matt Thompson to join him in Singapore.
Growing up with a father who was also a dentist, both Dr Shaun and Dr Matt believe success in dentistry comes from investment in three areas: people, products and proof.

Working with registered dental specialists across multiple disciplines
At expatdental®, patients may be referred to registered dental specialists for specific treatments when required. This collaborative approach supports coordinated and comprehensive oral health care.
Our team includes general dentists, hygienists and collaborating dental specialists across multiple disciplines. Each member plays a defined role in helping patients maintain their oral health and treatment continuity.
